If you are dissatisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary follow-up consultation or minor adjustments to address your concerns.
Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits or prepayments for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is given within the allowed cancellation timeframe.

Failure to reschedule or provide proper notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

No-show appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling without an additional deposit.
