1. Appointments and Scheduling
1.1 Booking Policy:

All appointments require a deposit to secure your time. Deposits are applied to the total cost of your service.
1.2 Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

If we can still accommodate you, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time.
1.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment of the service to rebook.
2. Payment and Pricing

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
2.2 Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed at the time of booking will be honored.
2.3 Refunds:

Payments for completed services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of skincare treatments.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before receiving services.

We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
4. Liability Waiver

By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with skincare treatments.
